Our Design
In this instance the client wanted a contemporary planting scheme and was happy to use seasonality, this opened up the planting pot so to speak.
With our design we maximized well-placed beds and planters. By using specimen trees and shrubs we highlighted the tiered lines in the architectural style. These also created focal points and cues. We also used subtle seasonal tones to highlight changing seasons. Also incorporated were productive vegetable areas wildflower meadow and orchard.
Overall the client wanted a garden that helped the building sit within the existing context. Something our design helped achieve.
